Precautions(Yichang to Chongqing 5 days and 4 nights [ Badong ])

1. The starting price is RMB 13,999/per person. The above prices are already discounted rates for domestic customers. Promotion period: 23 Oct – 25 Nov, 2026;
2. Rate policy: Adult rate for guests aged 12 and above; child rate for guests aged 2 to under 12; infant rate for guests within 2 years old .
3. If one adult travels with one child, one cabin is required. The cruise line cannot arrange shared cabin with other guests;
4. The displayed rate is the base floor rate for the selected cabin category. An extra floor surcharge applies if you request a higher floor;
5. The ticket price is based on a one ticket system, which includes the unified arrangement of the shipping party. For example, if you give up sightseeing/dining/early departure from the ship/hold preferential documents/scenic spot stage discounts, etc., there will be no difference in refund;
6. Cruise fares are not fixed and are subject to change due to market demand, sourcing, long-distance transport disruptions, temporary promotions and other factors. Rate differences for bookings made at different times are normal. Our booking office does not accept complaints arising from fare differences;
7. Cabins are sold globally with real-time inventory. This booking requires second confirmation. The order is only confirmed after full payment and manual confirmation & contract signing by our booking team. Payment alone does not guarantee a confirmed booking. If your selected cabin category is sold out, you may change cabin category, sailing date, cruise ship or request a refund. Refunds will be processed on working days. Thank you for your understanding;
8. Subject to cruise limitations, the cruise cannot accommodate certain special groups. Please consult customer service for details. Special groups include but are not limited to: pregnant women, guests with disabilities, severe illnesses, advanced age, limited mobility or mental health conditions;
9. Local vendors at scenic spots may sell local specialties (tea, pastries, dried fish, free-range chicken, photos, etc.). These are not designated shopping stops on this itinerary and purchases are entirely optional. Please consume prudently;
10. The above arrangements are standard. Itinerary, shore sites, embarkation/disembarkation piers and timings may be adjusted due to weather, water levels, charter arrangements, vessel breakdowns, waterway control, special sailings or temporary policies. The final arrangement of the actual sailing prevails. If transit is required, the cruise line will arrange land transfer to the transit pier for embarkation / disembarkation. Please cooperate with transit arrangements. Transits for the Chongqing segment are usually at Fuling, Fengdu, Wanzhou, Fengjie etc. Hubei segment transits are usually at Badong, Guizhou (Guizhou Town), Zigui, Jingzhou, Yueyang, Jiujiang etc. No compensation will be given for such adjustments. Refund requests for this reason will not be accepted. Please book carefully if you are not accepting such changes.
11. For solo travellers: if no cabin share can be arranged prior to embarkation, a single cabin supplement will apply.
Refund rules:
For individual bookings of domestic guests on special flights such as non holidays and non charter flights, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
180 days or more before the start of the itinerary, 10% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 179 to 60 days before the start of the itinerary, 20% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 59 to 30 days before the start of the itinerary, 50% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 29 to 0 days before the start of the itinerary, 100% of the total order amount will be charged;
Rules for renaming or rescheduling:
1. After successful booking, changing the traveler requires a 10% renaming fee on the ticket price;
2. Once the booking is successful, changes to the date are not supported.
Special Notes:
1. The term "day" above means a calendar day, based on Beijing Time.
2. Cruise tickets are valid only for the specified sailing and become void after expiry; the fare is non-refundable.
3. Special sailings including holiday sailings, chartered sailings, group bookings and non-Chongqing-Yichang routes, as well as bookings for foreign guests, are generally non-refundable and non-changeable. If refund or amendment is absolutely required, supporting documents must be submitted and the final decision of the cruise line shall prevail.
4. Definition of holiday sailing: A sailing where part or all of the voyage falls within national statutory holidays or major local festivals (including one day before and after the holiday period). Spring Festival sailings cover the period from New Year’s Eve to the 15th day of the first lunar month.
5. Where an order is cancelled due to force majeure or unavoidable events even after the cruise line has exercised reasonable care, neither the cruise line nor the booking centre shall be liable. Such events include but are not limited to matters affecting vessel safety, water ingress, failure or damage to the hull, mechanical and fixed components (unforeseeable and unavoidable despite regular, thorough mechanical inspections by the carrier), port congestion and other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control.
Special Reminder:The descriptions in the above pictures, texts and videos are provided for reference only. As cruise ships undergo renovations from time to time, there may be changes or cancellations to their parameters, styles, catering services, facilities, activities as well as service items.
