Cancellation by Passenger:
Passengers who cancel for any reason will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

There is no refund for voluntary or involuntary termination by the passenger of a cruise in progress. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
Special Notes:
1. The term "days" mentioned above refers to calendar days, based on Beijing time.
2. Cruise tickets are only valid for the specified voyage date and will be void if expired, with no refunds provided.
3. Cancellations due to force majeure or events beyond the cruise company's reasonable control (despite due diligence) are not the responsibility of the cruise company or the booking center. Such events include, but are not limited to, issues related to cruise safety, flooding, mechanical or structural failures or damages (unforeseen or unavoidable despite routine and comprehensive inspections), port congestion, or other circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
Cruise Company Cancellation Policy:
Under normal circumstances, the cruise company will not cancel a passenger's scheduled trip. However, factors such as seasonal conditions, water levels, weather, navigation routes, charters, or temporary policy changes may necessitate cancellations.
In such cases, passengers may choose to:
Switch to another cruise (with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly); or
Request a refund, which will be processed on business days (Beijing Time).
Refunds will be issued in RMB based on the amount received by this platform. The platform is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations. We appreciate your understanding!
