3.Optional sightseeing activities and in-scenic-area transportation are excluded. Example: One-way downhill cable car at Fengdu Ghost City, CNY 20 per person.
4.Personal expenses are excluded, including cabin/floor upgrades, executive lounge access, VIP restaurant meals, beverages, laundry service, massage, KTV, chess & card games, tips and other private consumption.

Reminder:
1. The self funded attractions will be arranged by the shipping company. The specific destination may differ from the reference attractions in the itinerary, and the arrangements made by the shipping company shall prevail;
2. The self paid scenic spot fee includes admission fees, transfer fees, tour guide fees, dock berthing fees, port fees, etc. It is a comprehensive service fee, so it may be higher than the single admission fee of the scenic spot. Please understand;
3. Some self funded projects are extremely popular (such as ship lifts). Due to limited spots, if you need to participate, it is recommended to register when boarding, and the specific arrangements will be subject to the ship's arrangements;
4. For the safety of tourists and to avoid missing the ship, in principle, without the guidance of cruise ship staff or tour guides, the cruise ship may prohibit tourists from disembarking without authorization. Please understand and comply.

Precautions

1.Rate Rules:Guests aged 12 and above will be charged at the adult rate; those aged from 2 to under 12 at the child rate; infants under 2 years old at the infant rate.
2.If one adult travels with one child, one separate cabin is required. Shared accommodation is not available on the cruise.
3.The above rates apply to standard floors of the selected cabin type. An extra fee will be charged if you request a higher floor.
4.The above price is an all-inclusive fare. All itineraries, meals and sightseeing arrangements are pre-purchased and organized by the cruise company. No refunds will be given for missed tours, meals, early disembarkation, preferential certificates or temporary scenic spot discounts.
5.The above fares are for residents of mainland China. Different rates apply to visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign nationals. Please consult customer service for details. If guests deliberately conceal their identity, they shall make up the price difference and may be denied boarding. Please provide truthful information.
6.Cruise fares are not fixed and subject to adjustment due to market factors such as cabin availability, purchasing channels, transportation conditions and promotional campaigns. Price differences for bookings made at different times are normal. Our reservation center does not accept complaints regarding fare discrepancies.
7.Due to onboard limitations, the cruise cannot accommodate certain groups. Please consult customer service for details. Restricted guests include but are not limited to pregnant women, people with disabilities, serious illnesses, elderly guests of advanced age, guests with limited mobility and those with mental disorders.
8.As cabins are booked globally, availability changes in real time. A second confirmation is required after purchase. A booking is only confirmed upon full payment, manual verification and contract signing by our reservation center; payment alone does not guarantee a reservation.If the selected cabin or sailing is fully booked, you may change cabin type, departure date or cruise ship, or apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed on working days. Thank you for your understanding.
9.When transferring to sightseeing boats for the Lesser Three Gorges, Goddess Stream and Shennong Stream, or visiting shore attractions, on-site staff may sell local specialties such as tea, free-range chickens, pastries, fish products and souvenir photos. These are not designated shopping stops in the itinerary and purchases are entirely optional. Please choose carefully.
10.The above arrangements are for regular itineraries. Sightseeing spots, embarkation/disembarkation piers and scheduled times are subject to changes due to cruise company arrangements, seasons, water levels, weather, waterway conditions, special sailings, charter services and temporary policies. All shall be subject to the actual arrangements of the specific voyage.In case of transfers, the cruise company will arrange shuttle vehicles to the designated piers for boarding and disembarkation. Please cooperate accordingly. For the Chongqing section, transfers are generally arranged at piers in Fuling, Fengdu, Wanzhou, Fengjie and other downstream areas of downtown Chongqing. For the Hubei section, transfers are available at Badong, Guizhou, Zigui, Jingzhou, Yueyang, Jiujiang and other piers.No compensation will be provided for such adjustments. Our reservation center will not accept refund requests on these grounds. Please book carefully if you have concerns.
11.Cruise Service Fee: The above fares do not include the cruise service fee of CNY 200 per person. This fee is voluntary for mainland Chinese guests, while visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign guests shall pay it together with the cruise fare.
12.Half-cabin shared bookings are not accepted for all cabin types.
13.Notice: The above rates are not applicable to holders of US and Canadian passports. Please contact customer service for a separate quotation.

Refund & Change

Refund rules:
For individual traveler bookings (excluding special voyages such as holidays or charters), the following fee structure applies to cancellations made by the traveler:
1. 45 days or more before the trip starts: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
2. 45 to 31 days before the trip starts:20% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. 30 to 15 days before the trip starts:50% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4.Within 14 days (inclusive) of the trip start:100% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Change rules:
1. For special flights such as non holidays and charter flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 15 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded;
2. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 15 days before departure;
3. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change shall be invalidated according to the date before the change.
Special note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, which is based on Beijing time;
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage and will be invalidated upon expiration, with non refundable fees;
3. Special flights such as holidays, chartering, group flights, non Chongqing Yi routes, as well as compatriots and foreign guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc., shall not be refunded or changed in principle. If it is necessary to refund or change, proof shall be provided and the actual application result of the shipping company shall prevail;
4. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month;
5. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
