1. Pricing Standards:
- Adult: 12 years old and above.
- Child: 2 to 12 years old (excluding 12Y).

2. Accommodation Arrangement:
- If one adult is accompanied by one child, one room will be required. The cruise line cannot arrange shared accommodations with other passengers.
3. Room Pricing:
- The listed prices are for base floor rooms. Additional fees will apply for requests to stay on higher floors.
4. All-Inclusive Pricing:
- The price covers pre-arranged activities, meals, and tours organized by the cruise line. No refunds will be issued for unused services, including but not limited to: skipped tours/meals, early disembarkation, use of discount certificates, or temporary promotions at attractions.
5. Real-Name Booking:
- Accurate passenger information (full name, passport number, and contact details) must be provided during booking. Passports must be valid. Passengers denied boarding due to expired passports will bear full responsibility.
6. Dynamic Pricing:
- Ticket prices are subject to change based on market factors such as availability, procurement channels, transportation costs, and promotional activities. Price differences at different booking times are normal, and no complaints regarding price variations will be accepted.
7. Booking Confirmation:
- Cabin availability is subject to global inventory changes. Bookings require secondary confirmation. An order is only confirmed upon full payment and formal confirmation via a signed agreement or email with our booking center. Payment alone does not guarantee a successful booking. If the selected cabin type is sold out, passengers may change the cabin type, sailing date, cruise line, or request a refund. Refunds will be processed on business days.
8. Special Passenger Restrictions:
- Due to cruise ship limitations, certain individuals may not be accommodated. This includes but is not limited to: pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, severe illnesses, elderly passengers beyond a certain age, those with limited mobility, or individuals with mental health conditions. Please consult customer service for details.
9. Optional Shopping:
- During shore excursions or small boat tours (e.g., Small Three Gorges, Shennü Stream, Shennong Stream), local staff may promote regional products (e.g., tea, free-range chicken, pastries, fish products, photos). These are not mandatory purchases or part of the official itinerary. Please make informed decisions.
10. Itinerary Adjustments:
- The above details represent standard arrangements. Due to the complex conditions of the Yangtze River, adjustments to the itinerary may occur, including but not limited to: changes in arrival/departure times, tour durations, sightseeing order, or replacement of attractions/ports. If a transfer is required at Chongqing Port, the cruise line will arrange transportation to Fengdu or Fuling Port for boarding/disembarkation. Passengers are expected to cooperate with such arrangements. No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments. Please consider this before booking.
11. Spring voyages are greatly affected by weather conditions and have unstable schedules. In case of cancellation, the cruise ship/voyage schedule/refund can be changed, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding. To avoid losses, it is recommended to book transportation as late as possible.
Cancellation:
All cancellations should be made in writing and cancellation charges are calculated on the total value of the booking.
- 16 days or more before the departure date: cancellation without loss.
- 15 to 10 days before the departure date: 50% of the total booking value.
- 9 to 5 days before the departure date: 70% of the total booking value.
- 4 to 0 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking value.
Change Policy:
1. For non-holiday and non-chartered special voyages, passengers may change their booking to the next available voyage up to 15 days (excluding) before the scheduled departure date, provided that the cabins are not fully booked. If the price of the next voyage is higher than the original voyage, the difference must be paid. If the price of the next voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded.
2. Changes to bookings are not permitted within 15 days of the scheduled departure date.
3. Changes are allowed only once, and a change fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the passenger does not board the ship after the change, the booking will be considered void based on the original departure date.
Special Notes:
1. The term "days" mentioned above refers to calendar days, based on Beijing time.
2. Cruise tickets are only valid for the specified voyage date and will be void if expired, with no refunds provided.
3. For special voyages such as holiday charters, group bookings, non-Chongqing-Yichang routes, cancellations are generally not allowed. If exceptional circumstances require changes, supporting documentation must be provided, and the final decision will be subject to the cruise company's approval.
4. Holiday voyages are defined as those that partially or fully fall within national statutory holidays, local major holidays (including the day before and after), or the Spring Festival period (from Chinese New Year's Eve to the 15th day of the Lunar New Year).
5. Cancellations due to force majeure or events beyond the cruise company's reasonable control (despite due diligence) are not the responsibility of the cruise company or the booking center. Such events include, but are not limited to, issues related to cruise safety, flooding, mechanical or structural failures or damages (unforeseen or unavoidable despite routine and comprehensive inspections), port congestion, or other circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
