7. Booking Confirmation:

If the selected cabin type is sold out, passengers may change the cabin type, sailing date, cruise line, or request a refund. Refunds will be processed on business days.
8. Special Passenger Restrictions:

10. Itinerary Adjustments:
- The above details represent standard arrangements. Due to the complex conditions of the Yangtze River, adjustments to the itinerary may occur, including but not limited to: changes in arrival/departure times, tour durations, sightseeing order, or replacement of attractions/ports. If a transfer is required at Chongqing Port, the cruise line will arrange transportation to Fengdu or Fuling Port for boarding/disembarkation. Passengers are expected to cooperate with such arrangements. No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments. Please consider this before booking.
11. Spring voyages are greatly affected by weather conditions and have unstable schedules. In case of cancellation, the cruise ship/voyage schedule/refund can be changed, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding. To avoid losses, it is recommended to book transportation as late as possible.
Refund rules:
For non Chongqing Yixian routes, the refund and modification rules stipulated on the product page shall prevail. For internal guest and individual passenger orders on Chongqing Yixian routes that are not on holidays or special charter flights, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, the fee deduction standards are as follows:
30 days or more before the start of the itinerary, 20% of the total order amount will be charged;
From the 29th to the 16th day before the start of the itinerary, 50% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 15 to 8 days before the start of the itinerary, 80% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 7 to 0 days before the start of the itinerary, 100% of the total order amount will be charged.
Change rules:
1. For special flights such as non holidays and charter flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 15 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded;
2. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 15 days before departure;
3. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change shall be invalidated according to the date before the change.
Special note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, which is based on Beijing time;
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage and will be invalidated upon expiration, with non refundable fees;
3. Special flights such as holidays, chartering, group flights, non Chongqing Yi routes, as well as compatriots and foreign guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc., shall not be refunded or changed in principle. If it is necessary to refund or change, proof shall be provided and the actual application result of the shipping company shall prevail;
4. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month;
5. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
