Chongqing participates in the 2020 Tourism Fair and launches multiple routes including Three Gorges Cruise and surrounding tourism

From November 15th to 18th, the China International Tourism Fair was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Chongqing Tourism Group participated in the exhibition and took advantage of the opportunity to launch Chongqing's winter characteristic tourism activities, as well as 10 tourism routes for the two core products of "Three Gorges Cruise Plus Surrounding Area" and "Chongqing Urban Plus Surrounding Area", inviting tourists to come to Chongqing and experience the "city of mountains and waters, beautiful place". It is reported that Chongqing Tourism Investment Group, Chongqing Tourism Association, Rongchang District Tourism Scenic Area Management Committee, Bishan District Tourism Development Center, as well as Tongliang District, Dazu District, Jiangjin District, Tongnan District, Fengdu County, Changshou District, and Fuling District Tourism Commission (Tourism Bureau) and other units organized by Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development participated in the exhibition.

Launching 17 autumn and winter themed activities in 7 categories

At the scene, Chongqing Tourism Booth made full use of the 300 square meter exhibition area to depict a three-dimensional mountain city. The Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, Monument to the people's Liberation, Hongya Cave, Gold Cruise, Jinfo Mountain, Lehe Ledu, Tongjing Hot Spring, Wujiang Gallery, Ayi River, Jindao Gorge... Chongqing's high-quality tourist attractions and products all came on the stage. Each exhibition area has distinctive product features, allowing tourists to fully appreciate the unique charm of "a city of mountains and rivers, a beautiful place". At the exhibition site, the "Five Cards" of Chongqing's cultural tourism products were also launched, and the overall packaging of Chongqing's cultural tourism image was launched, comprehensively and deeply introducing the new image of Chongqing's cultural tourism as a "beautiful city of mountains and waters" to the participating travel merchants.

It is worth mentioning that the exhibition site also launched a series of themed tourism activities in autumn and winter of 2018 in Chongqing, including 7 categories and 17 activities, including enjoying youth - happy experience tour, tasting folk customs - custom experience tour, meeting challenges - outdoor fitness tour, viewing scenery - scenic leisure tour, playing ice and snow - happy family tour, happy shopping - three people friendly tours, celebrating the Spring Festival - celebrating the festival tour, and comprehensively displaying new products of autumn and winter tourism in Chongqing and new business forms such as folk customs, ice and snow, leisure, and scenery.

It is reported that the series of activities will continue to create mature winter tourism brands such as winter hot spring experience and winter viewing of ice and snow scenery. Based on the festive atmosphere of "New Year" and "Chinese New Year", we will launch "New Year's shopping season, tourism benefiting season" and other beneficial activities for the people.

Launch 2 major products and 10 travel routes

At this trade fair, targeting the tourist source market within a 1000 kilometer radius of Chongqing, Chongqing Tourism focused on two core products: "Three Gorges Cruise Plus Surrounding Area" and "Chongqing Urban Plus Surrounding Area". Through regional agency cooperation in 12 areas including East China, Guizhou, Hubei, and Shaanxi, the two main products, 10 tourist routes, were promoted.
