Excludes

All expenses not listed under the section 【Included Fees】 shall be excluded, including but not limited to the following items:
(1) Personal travel insurance (you are advised to purchase it separately) and transportation fares to and from the departure point (please reserve sufficient travel time);
(2) Optional sightseeing activities and in-scenic shuttle services:
- Cable car at Fengdu Ghost City: CNY 20 per person one-way, CNY 35 per person round trip (electric shuttle buses will be provided when the cable car is out of service);
- Electric shuttle bus at the Three Gorges Dam Scenic Area: CNY 10 per person; audio guide headset: CNY 20 per person.
Per the regulations of the Three Gorges Dam, large luggage must be checked compulsorily at a fee of CNY 30 per piece.
Standard for carry-on luggage: dimensions not exceeding 24cm × 40cm × 50cm, and weight not exceeding 5kg.
(3) Private miscellaneous expenses, such as floor or cabin upgrade fees, access to executive lounge and VIP dining room, alcoholic beverages, laundry service, massage, KTV, chess & card entertainment, tips, etc.

Reminder:
1. The self-paid  attractions will be arranged by the shipping company. The specific destination may differ from the reference attractions in the itinerary, and the arrangements made by the shipping company shall prevail;
2. The self-paid scenic spot fee includes admission fees, transfer fees, tour guide fees, dock berthing fees, port fees, etc. It is a comprehensive service fee, so it may be higher than the single admission fee of the scenic spot. Please understand;
3. Some self-paid  programs are extremely popular (such as ship lifts). Due to limited spots, if you need to participate, it is recommended to register when boarding, and the specific arrangements will be subject to the ship's arrangements;
4. For the safety of tourists and to avoid missing the ship, in principle, without the guidance of cruise ship staff or tour guides, the cruise ship may prohibit tourists from disembarking without authorization. Please understand and comply.

Precautions

1. Pricing Standards:  
   - Adult: 12 years old and above.  
   - Child: 2 to 12 years old (excluding 12Y).  
   - Infant: Under 2 years old.  

2. Accommodation Arrangement:
   - If one adult is accompanied by one child, one room will be required. The cruise line cannot arrange shared accommodations with other passengers.  

3. Room Pricing:  
   - The listed prices are for base floor rooms. Additional fees will apply for requests to stay on higher floors.  

4. All-Inclusive Pricing:  
   - The price covers pre-arranged activities, meals, and tours organized by the cruise line. No refunds will be issued for unused services, including but not limited to: skipped tours/meals, early disembarkation, use of discount certificates, or temporary promotions at attractions.  

5. Real-Name Booking:  
   - Accurate passenger information (full name, passport number, and contact details) must be provided during booking. Passports must be valid. Passengers denied boarding due to expired passports will bear full responsibility.  

6. Dynamic Pricing:  
   - Ticket prices are subject to change based on market factors such as availability, procurement channels, transportation costs, and promotional activities. Price differences at different booking times are normal, and no complaints regarding price variations will be accepted.  

7. Booking Confirmation:  
   - Cabin availability is subject to global inventory changes. Bookings require secondary confirmation. An order is only confirmed upon full payment and formal confirmation via a signed agreement or email with our booking center. Payment alone does not guarantee a successful booking. If the selected cabin type is sold out, passengers may change the cabin type, sailing date, cruise line, or request a refund. Refunds will be processed on business days.  

8. Special Passenger Restrictions:  
   - Due to cruise ship limitations, certain individuals may not be accommodated. This includes but is not limited to: pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, severe illnesses, elderly passengers beyond a certain age, those with limited mobility, or individuals with mental health conditions. Please consult customer service for details.  

9. Optional Shopping:  
   - During shore excursions or small boat tours (e.g., Small Three Gorges, Shennü Stream, Shennong Stream), local staff may promote regional products (e.g., tea, free-range chicken, pastries, fish products, photos). These are not mandatory purchases or part of the official itinerary. Please make informed decisions.  

10. Itinerary Adjustments:  
  - The above content reflects normal circumstances. Due to factors such as shipping companies, seasons, water levels, weather conditions, waterway changes, special voyages, chartered cruises, and temporary policies, the scenic spots visited, embarkation/disembarkation terminals, and time nodes in the reference group itinerary may be adjusted, and shall be subject to the actual implementation of the specific voyage.
In case of a transfer, the cruise company will arrange unified ground transportation to the docking terminal for embarkation/disembarkation. Please actively cooperate with the transfer arrangements.
For the Chongqing section, transfers generally involve embarkation/disembarkation at docks downstream of downtown Chongqing, including Fuling, Fengdu, Wanzhou, Fengjie, etc.
For the Hubei section, transfers generally involve embarkation/disembarkation at Badong, Guizhou, Zigui, Jingzhou, Yueyang, Jiujiang and other docks.
No additional compensation shall be provided for the above adjustments. This reservation center will not accept refund requests arising from the aforementioned situations. Please book carefully if you are concerned about such changes.

Refund & Change

Refund rules:
For individual bookings of internal guests on special flights such as non holidays and non charter flights on the Chongqing Yixian route, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, the deduction standards for fees are as follows:
22 days or more before the start of the trip, cancellation without loss;
From 21 to 16 days before the start of the itinerary, 30% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 15 to 11 days before the start of the itinerary, 50% of the total order amount will be charged;
From 10 days to 0 days before the start of the itinerary, 100% of the total order amount will be charged.
Change rules:
1. For special flights such as non holidays and charter flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 15 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded;
2. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 15 days before departure;
3. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change shall be invalidated according to the date before the change.
Special note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, which is based on Beijing time;
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage and will be invalidated upon expiration, with non refundable fees;
3. Special flights such as holidays, chartering, group flights, non Chongqing Yi routes, as well as compatriots and foreign guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc., shall not be refunded or changed in principle. If it is necessary to refund or change, proof shall be provided and the actual application result of the shipping company shall prevail;
4. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month;
5. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
