1. Fee standard: Adults are charged for ages 12 and above, children are charged for ages 2-12 (excluding), and infants are charged for ages 2 and under;
2. In the case of one adult and one child, one room is required and the ship cannot arrange to share it with others;
3. The above prices are the basic floor prices for the corresponding room type. If you need to specify a higher floor, you will need to pay a high floor fee;
4. The above prices are based on a one ticket system, and the itinerary includes pre purchase and unified arrangement by the shipping company. If you give up sightseeing/dining/early departure/holding promotional documents/scenic spot stage discounts, etc., there will be no difference in refund;
5. The above prices are for residents in Chinese Mainland. There will be differences in the prices of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other nationalities (please consult customer service). If a guest deliberately conceals his/her identity, he/she will not only be asked to make up the difference, but also may be refused to board the ship (please be sure to tell the truth);
6. The price of shipping tickets is not fixed and will be adjusted according to various factors in the market, such as inventory levels, procurement channels, major transportation impacts, and phased activities. It is normal for there to be price differences when booking at different times, and this booking center does not accept complaints caused by price differences;
7. Due to limitations in cruise ship conditions, some special groups cannot be accommodated. Specific situations require consultation with customer service. Special groups include but are not limited to pregnant women, disabled individuals, seriously ill individuals, elderly people who are over the age limit, individuals with limited mobility or mental illness, etc;
8. Due to the global booking of cabin space, inventory levels are subject to change at any time. Purchase of this product requires a second confirmation, and the order becomes effective upon full payment and manual confirmation and signing by the booking center. Payment alone does not represent a successful booking. If the room type for this voyage is sold out, you can change the room type/flight schedule/cruise/refund, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding;
9. When transferring to a small boat to visit Xiaosanxia/Shennv Creek/Shennong Creek, as well as visiting scenic spots on the shore, the staff of the scenic spot may promote local specialties (such as tea, running pheasant, pastries, fish food, photos, etc.), which are not designated shopping places or mandatory consumption items for this itinerary. Please choose carefully;
10. The above content is a normal situation, but due to factors such as the shipping company, season, water level, weather, waterway, special voyage, charter, temporary policies, etc., there may be adjustments to tourist attractions or boarding/disembarking docks (including but not limited to: arrival and departure time nodes, tour duration, tour sequence, changing attractions and docks, etc.). Please refer to the actual implementation of the current voyage. If there is a transfer at Chongqing Port, the shipping company will arrange for passengers to board/disembark at Fengdu or Fuling Port. Please actively cooperate with the transfer arrangements. This reservation center does not accept requests for refunds due to the above circumstances. Please be cautious if you mind.
11. Age restriction: Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult passenger throughout the entire journey. Elderly people aged 70 and above must sign a 'Elderly Travel Commitment Letter'. Elderly people aged 75-80 need at least one adult child or family member to accompany them when registering.

Refund & Change

Refund rules:
For non holiday and charter special flights, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons after it takes effect, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
1. Collect 100% of the contract amount 0-14 days (inclusive) before departure;
2. Collect 75% of the contract amount 15-29 days (inclusive) before departure;  
3. Collect 50% of the contract amount 30-44 days (inclusive) before departure;  
4. Collect 25% of the contract amount 45-59 days (inclusive) before departure;  
5. The above cancellation policy does not apply to orders that participate in other preferential policies.
Change rules:
1. For special flights such as non holidays and charter flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 30 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded;
2. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 30 days before departure;
3. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change shall be invalidated according to the date before the change.
Special Note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, which is based on Beijing time;
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage and will be invalidated upon expiration, with non refundable fees;
3. Special flights such as holidays, chartering, group flights, non Chongqing Yi routes, as well as compatriots and foreign guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc., shall not be refunded or changed in principle. If it is necessary to refund or change, proof shall be provided and the actual application result of the shipping company shall prevail;
4. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month;
5. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
