- Fengdu Ghost City cable car: 20 RMB/person one way, 35 RMB/person round trip;
- Three Gorges Dam scenic area electric car: 20 RMB/person;
- Earphone rental: 20 RMB/person;
- The Three Gorges Dam regulations require large luggage to be checked compulsorily, with a luggage fee of 30 RMB/item (the standard for carry-on luggage: volume not exceeding 24×40×50 cm and weight not exceeding 5 kg);
4.Personal expenses are not included, such as:
- Upgrading floors, room types, access to executive lounges, VIP dining, alcoholic beverages, laundry, massages, KTV, board games, entertainment, and tips.
1. Pricing Standards:
- Adult: 12 years old and above.
- Child: 2 to 12 years old (excluding 12Y).
- Infant: Under 2 years old.
2. Accommodation Arrangement:
- If one adult is accompanied by one child, one room will be required. The cruise line cannot arrange shared accommodations with other passengers.
3. Room Pricing:
- The listed prices are for base floor rooms. Additional fees will apply for requests to stay on higher floors.
4. All-Inclusive Pricing:
- The price covers pre-arranged activities, meals, and tours organized by the cruise line. No refunds will be issued for unused services, including but not limited to: skipped tours/meals, early disembarkation, use of discount certificates, or temporary promotions at attractions.
5. Real-Name Booking:
- Accurate passenger information (full name, passport number, and contact details) must be provided during booking. Passports must be valid. Passengers denied boarding due to expired passports will bear full responsibility.
6. Dynamic Pricing:
- Ticket prices are subject to change based on market factors such as availability, procurement channels, transportation costs, and promotional activities. Price differences at different booking times are normal, and no complaints regarding price variations will be accepted.
7. Booking Confirmation:
- Cabin availability is subject to global inventory changes. Bookings require secondary confirmation. An order is only confirmed upon full payment and formal confirmation via a signed agreement or email with our booking center. Payment alone does not guarantee a successful booking. If the selected cabin type is sold out, passengers may change the cabin type, sailing date, cruise line, or request a refund. Refunds will be processed on business days.
8. Special Passenger Restrictions:
- Due to cruise ship limitations, certain individuals may not be accommodated. This includes but is not limited to: pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, severe illnesses, elderly passengers beyond a certain age, those with limited mobility, or individuals with mental health conditions. Please consult customer service for details.
9. Optional Shopping:
- During shore excursions or small boat tours (e.g., Small Three Gorges, Shennü Stream, Shennong Stream), local staff may promote regional products (e.g., tea, free-range chicken, pastries, fish products, photos). These are not mandatory purchases or part of the official itinerary. Please make informed decisions.
10. Itinerary Adjustments:
- The above details represent standard arrangements. Due to the complex conditions of the Yangtze River, adjustments to the itinerary may occur, including but not limited to: changes in arrival/departure times, tour durations, sightseeing order, or replacement of attractions/ports. If a transfer is required at Chongqing Port, the cruise line will arrange transportation to Fengdu or Fuling Port for boarding/disembarkation. Passengers are expected to cooperate with such arrangements. No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments. Please consider this before booking.
11. Spring voyages are greatly affected by weather conditions and have unstable schedules. In case of cancellation, the cruise ship/voyage schedule/refund can be changed, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding. To avoid losses, it is recommended to book transportation as late as possible.
Refund rules:
After the order takes effect, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
Cancellations made 10 days or more before departure will incur a 50% fee for the order;
Cancellations made within 9 to 7 days prior to departure will incur an 80% fee for the order;
Cancellations made within 6 to 3 days prior to departure will incur a 100% fee for the order;
You are not allowed to leave the group before boarding, but you can change personnel.
Change rules:
1. Holiday flights and charter flights do not support changes such as rescheduling.
2. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the 15th day of the first lunar month.
3. For non holiday flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 7 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, the price for the following voyage will be lower than the original voyage, and the difference will not be refunded.
4. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 7 days before departure.
5. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change will be cancelled according to the date before the change.
Special note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, subject to the time in Chinese Mainland.
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage, and special voyages such as charter will be refunded according to the refund rules for special voyages.
3. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
