Full journey ticket, which includes onboard accommodation, designated restaurants and meals, designated onboard facilities, onboard entertainment parties and activities (the parties and activities are choreographed by cruise ship employees, with entertainment interaction as the main focus, non professional team performances), and complimentary shore or transfer tours listed in the itinerary (except for self paid ones).

Excludes

1. Other expenses other than those listed in the 'Cost Includes' section;
2. Excluding personal travel insurance and transportation expenses to and from the departure location (it is recommended to leave sufficient time);
3. Excluding self funded sightseeing projects and small transportation in scenic areas, such as: Fengdu Ghost City Cableway one-way 20 yuan/person, round-trip 35 yuan/person; Electric scooter in the Three Gorges Dam Scenic Area costs 10 yuan per person;
4. Excluding personal consumption, such as upgrading floors, room types, executive lounges, VIP restaurants, drinks, laundry, massages, etc KTV、 Chess and card entertainment, tips, etc.

1. Self funded attractions are selectively docked by the ship, and in cases where docking conditions are not allowed, the number of applicants is insufficient, time restrictions, route adjustments, etc., the ship may not organize a certain self funded project; It is also possible that a certain self funded project is exceptionally popular, with limited quota and a first come, first served basis, subject to the arrangement of the shipping company;
2. For the safety of tourists and to avoid missing the ship, in principle, cruise ships prohibit tourists from disembarking without the guidance of cruise ship staff or tour guides.

Precautions

1. In the case of one adult and one child, one room is required and the ship cannot arrange to share it with others;
2. The above prices are the basic floor prices for the corresponding room type. If you need to specify a higher floor, you will need to pay a floor fee;
3. The above prices are on a one ticket basis, and the itinerary includes content arranged by the shipping company. If you give up sightseeing/dining/early departure/hold discounted documents, etc., there will be no difference in refund;
4. The above prices are for residents in Chinese Mainland. The prices of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other nationalities will be different (please consult customer service). If a guest deliberately conceals his/her identity, he/she will not only be asked to make up the difference, but also may be refused to board the ship by the ship owner (please be sure to tell the truth);
5. Due to the global booking of cabin space, which is subject to change at any time, a second confirmation is required for purchasing this product. The effectiveness of the order is subject to full payment and confirmation by the booking center. Payment alone does not mean a successful booking. If the room type for this voyage is sold out, you can change the room type/flight schedule/cruise/refund, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding;
6. The above content is a normal situation, but due to factors such as the shipping company, season, water level, weather, waterway, special voyage, charter, temporary policies, etc., there may be adjustments to tourist attractions or boarding/disembarking docks (including but not limited to: time nodes, tour order, changing attractions and docks, etc.). Please refer to the actual implementation of the current voyage. If there is a transfer at Chongqing Port, the shipping company will arrange for passengers to board/disembark at Fengdu or Fuling Port. Please actively cooperate with the transfer arrangements.
7. On the Spring Festival voyage on February 13th, all room types do not accept shared room bookings;
8. Due to the limitations of the ship's conditions, some special groups cannot be accommodated. Please consult customer service for specific information. Special groups include but are not limited to pregnant women, elderly people with limited mobility, disabled individuals, those with serious illnesses, and those with mental illnesses.

Refund & Change

Refund rules:
For non holiday and charter special flights, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons after it takes effect, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure will incur a 10% fee on the order;
Cancellations made 59 to 22 days before departure will incur a 25% fee on the order;
Cancellations made 21 to 11 days before departure will incur a 50% fee for the order;
Cancellations made 10 to 0 days before departure will incur a 100% fee for the order.
Change rules:
1. For special flights such as non holidays and charter flights, passengers can apply for a change of flight for the next flight 7 days (excluding) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is higher than the original voyage, the price of the next voyage shall be executed, and the difference shall be made up; When rescheduling to the next voyage, if the price of the following voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded;
2. No rescheduling procedures will be processed within 7 days before departure;
3. The rescheduling is limited to once, and the rescheduling fee is 10% of the order amount. Those who have not boarded the ship after the change will be cancelled according to the date before the change.
Special note:
1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a natural day, subject to the time in Chinese Mainland;
2. The ticket is only valid for the same day's voyage and will be invalidated upon expiration, with non refundable fees;
3. Special flights such as holidays and charter flights shall be subject to the refund and change rules for holidays and charter flights, and shall not be refunded or changed in principle;
4. Holiday voyage definition: The voyage partially or entirely falls within the scope of national statutory holidays or major local holidays (including one day before and after), among which the Spring Festival voyage includes New Year's Eve to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month;
5. If the cancellation of the order is due to force majeure or events that the cruise company has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care but cannot avoid, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include but are not limited to safety issues related to the cruise ship, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage to the hull, mechanical components, and fixed parts (situations that the carrier cannot foresee or avoid after routine and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
