Kind Reminder:Cruise ships are irregularly renovated, and room parameters, styles, etc. may change. Please refer to the actual situation on the day of boarding.

The Huaxia No.3 cruise ship (formerly known as the Shennv III) made its maiden voyage on May 20, 2021. With a total length of 149.99 meters, a width of 23.2 meters, and a gross tonnage of 15,000 tons, the ship features seven decks and ten types of cabins, accommodating up to 650 passengers. The Huaxia III is currently one of the highest-class and largest luxury cruise ships in the Three Gorges region of the Yangtze River.

As a representative of the new generation of luxury cruise ships on the Yangtze River, the Huaxia III has achieved new heights in hull design, resistance coefficient, propulsion efficiency, vibration and noise reduction, and efficient utilization of space. The total activity area for passengers and crew is 19,000 square meters, with a well-organized layout. The passenger accommodation area and public entertainment area are completely separated by the central reception hall. The ship includes a 550-square-meter indoor audio-visual entertainment space, a 1,170-square-meter bar and observation lounge at the bow and stern, a three-level restaurant covering 1,754 square meters, and an outdoor viewing platform of over 2,000 square meters. The cabins are divided into nine different types, including the presidential suite, deluxe suite, executive room, family room, honeymoon room, standard room, single room, interior room, and companion room.

Precautions

1. Fee standard: Adults are charged for ages 12 and above, children are charged for ages 2-12 (excluding), and infants are charged for ages 2 and under;
2. In the case of one adult and one child, one room is required and the ship cannot arrange to share it with others;
3. The above prices are the basic floor prices for the corresponding room type. If you need to specify a higher floor, you will need to pay a high floor fee;
4. The above prices are based on a one ticket system, and the itinerary includes pre purchase and unified arrangement by the shipping company. If you give up sightseeing/dining/early departure/holding promotional documents/scenic spot stage discounts, etc., there will be no difference in refund;
5. The above prices are for residents in Chinese Mainland. There will be differences in the prices of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other nationalities (please consult customer service). If a guest deliberately conceals his/her identity, he/she will not only be asked to make up the difference, but also may be refused to board the ship (please be sure to tell the truth);
6. The price of shipping tickets is not fixed and will be adjusted according to various factors in the market, such as inventory levels, procurement channels, major transportation impacts, and phased activities. It is normal for there to be price differences when booking at different times, and this booking center does not accept complaints caused by price differences;
7. Due to limitations in cruise ship conditions, some special groups cannot be accommodated. Specific situations require consultation with customer service. Special groups include but are not limited to pregnant women, disabled individuals, seriously ill individuals, elderly people who are over the age limit, individuals with limited mobility or mental illness, etc;
8. Due to the global booking of cabin space, inventory levels are subject to change at any time. Purchase of this product requires a second confirmation, and the order becomes effective upon full payment and manual confirmation and signing by the booking center. Payment alone does not represent a successful booking. If the room type for this voyage is sold out, you can change the room type/flight schedule/cruise/refund, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding;
9. When transferring to a small boat to visit Xiaosanxia/Shennv Creek/Shennong Creek, as well as visiting scenic spots on the shore, the staff of the scenic spot may promote local specialties (such as tea, running pheasant, pastries, fish food, photos, etc.), which are not designated shopping places or mandatory consumption items for this itinerary. Please choose carefully;
10. The above content is a normal situation, but due to factors such as the shipping company, season, water level, weather, waterway, special voyage, charter, temporary policies, etc., there may be adjustments to tourist attractions or boarding/disembarking docks (including but not limited to: arrival and departure time nodes, tour duration, tour sequence, changing attractions and docks, etc.). Please refer to the actual implementation of the current voyage. If there is a transfer at Chongqing Port, the shipping company will arrange for passengers to board/disembark at Fengdu or Fuling Port. Please actively cooperate with the transfer arrangements. This reservation center does not accept requests for refunds due to the above circumstances. Please be cautious if you mind.
11. Spring voyages are greatly affected by weather conditions and have unstable schedules. In case of cancellation, the cruise ship/voyage schedule/refund can be changed, and the refund will be processed within working days. Thank you for your understanding. To avoid losses, it is recommended to book transportation as late as possible.

Refund & Change

Cancellation:
All cancellations should be made in writing and cancellation charges are calculated on the total value of the booking.
- 15 days or more before the departure date: cancellation without loss.
- 14 to 8 days before the departure date: 50% of the total booking value.
- 7 to 0 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking value.

Change Policy:
1. For non-holiday and non-chartered special voyages, passengers may change their booking to the next available voyage up to 15 days (excluding) before the scheduled departure date, provided that the cabins are not fully booked. If the price of the next voyage is higher than the original voyage, the difference must be paid. If the price of the next voyage is lower than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded.
2. Changes to bookings are not permitted within 15 days of the scheduled departure date.
3. Changes are allowed only once, and a change fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged. If the passenger does not board the ship after the change, the booking will be considered void based on the original departure date.

Special Notes:
1. The term "days" mentioned above refers to calendar days, based on Beijing time.
2. Cruise tickets are only valid for the specified voyage date and will be void if expired, with no refunds provided.
3. For special voyages such as holiday charters, group bookings, non-Chongqing-Yichang routes, cancellations are generally not allowed. If exceptional circumstances require changes, supporting documentation must be provided, and the final decision will be subject to the cruise company's approval.
4. Holiday voyages are defined as those that partially or fully fall within national statutory holidays, local major holidays (including the day before and after), or the Spring Festival period (from Chinese New Year's Eve to the 15th day of the Lunar New Year).
5. Cancellations due to force majeure or events beyond the cruise company's reasonable control (despite due diligence) are not the responsibility of the cruise company or the booking center. Such events include, but are not limited to, issues related to cruise safety, flooding, mechanical or structural failures or damages (unforeseen or unavoidable despite routine and comprehensive inspections), port congestion, or other circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
