How much does it cost to take a ferry from Yichang to Chongqing

We are planning a trip to the Three Gorges, but we want to drive there ourselves. If we drive, we will definitely have to take a ferry. I don't know if there is a ferry in Yichang. How much does it cost to take a ferry from Yichang to Chongqing?

It seems that there is a roll on/roll off dock in Zigui County, Hubei Province, which takes about 50 hours to reach Chongqing

It should be boarded at Zigui Port in Yichang, Hubei. As for the charges, they should be based on the distance traveled. It's definitely cheaper than running on the highway

@恰似惊鸿落人间:How much does it cost to take a ferry from Yichang to Chongqing? Boarding usually takes place at Maoping Port in Zigui, as the final destination of the Fanba Expressway is there. As for the price, I am not very clear. The OP can check online to see if there is any introduction on the Meiya Three Gorges Cruise ticket booking website, or call to inquire

@日光豆蔻静谧年华:The time it takes to take a ferry from Yichang to Chongqing is similar to taking a passenger ship. At present, the passenger ship from Yichang to Chongqing takes about 43 hours. If the cargo ship does not dock, it may be faster. I think the price may be slightly cheaper than a passenger ship

@野梦:I don't quite understand what the OP is referring to as Yichang Ferry. I just heard from a friend last year that a 9.6-meter truck with a 13 ton hull and a net weight of 28.5 tons is being transported. The ferry from Yichang to Chongqing costs approximately 2550 yuan, with a ticket of 2450 yuan and 100 yuan for insurance.

@鸡排排加个蛋:Last time we drove a 13 meter car and took a ferry from Yichang to Chongqing, which seemed to cost over 3200 yuan.

@笑着一路向南:I have never heard of the ferry from Yichang to Chongqing. I have heard of the water bus from Fengjie to Yichang. The price is only a few tens of yuan, and the name of the boat is Xin Gao Lake, which is for car transportation

@zan21382003:Why do we need to take a car for a trip to the Three Gorges? We just need to take a cruise ship, unless it's a self driving trip. But I don't think it's convenient. At least during the time of sailing on the river, it's not a good experience. Is it possible to watch the Three Gorges from our own car and sleep in the car?
