The most common route is between Chongqing and Yichang, and there are also routes from Chongqing to Wuhan, and even further routes from Chongqing to Shanghai. If there is enough time, I strongly recommend the long-distance cruise from Chongqing to Shanghai, which spans half of China and allows for easy exploration of multiple cities' attractions in one trip.
