How can I take a boat from Chongqing to Wuhan

I haven't been back to Wuhan to visit my in laws for several years since my wife passed away. I plan to take my son back to Wuhan this summer to visit my grandparents and take a trip to the Three Gorges. May I ask how to take a boat from Chongqing to Wuhan?

Nowadays, people take boats from Chongqing to Yichang and then transfer to Wuhan. If Lou mainly takes the direct ship from Chongqing to Wuhan. I'm afraid there are only speedboats and passenger ships left.

If it's a speedboat tour of the Three Gorges, it's probably not a very good way of traveling. The speed is much faster, and if you want to enjoy the scenery, the experience is very poor. The speedboat runs fast, and they are all enclosed cabins. Only by sitting inside the cabin and looking through the glass can you see the scenery. In terms of time, it will only take about a day to arrive. It seems that the stop is not in Wuhan, but in Hankou.

@长安城等故人:Passenger ships should be better, but when it comes to passenger ships, there seems to be only one trip per day. The OP can visit the official website for booking tickets for the Meiya Three Gorges Cruise.

@我是D先生:Is there actually a ship to Wuhan? You can ask your parents in law. If they are from Wuhan, they must know if there is a ship to Wuhan. If you want to travel to the Three Gorges, most of them are now ships from Chongqing to Yichang. There seems to be no port of call in Wuhan anymore.

@苏格拉没有底ll:If the OP is not afraid of trouble. You can take a car to Wanzhou first. Traveling from the Three Gorges in Wanzhou to Yichang. Then go to Wuhan. If it's a direct ship to Wuhan. It really depends on the shipping schedule, it seems like there aren't many cruise ships in a year.

@yz_144111244:First, buy tickets from Chongqing and take a four-day, three night cruise to Yichang to disembark. After disembarking, buy two high-speed train tickets. The two of them will arrive in Wuhan for about 300 yuan. I think this is the simplest way, and there is no need to move luggage around.

@80后的老男人:There are actually many routes to Wuhan, but if you want to take a Three Gorges tour, there are only three options. The simplest way is to go directly from Chongqing to Yichang and then transfer. If you want to go directly, you have to coordinate with the shipping schedule, which may not be within your planned time

@司未卿:Book a cruise from Chongqing to Yichang and wait until Yichang arrives. Choose whichever method is convenient
